I LOVE to cook, but since I’m perpetually running around at Mach 10 with My Hair on Fire, I’ve pared down my regular repertoire to fast and easy recipes that look and taste a lot more impressive than they really are.

My favorite source for recipes hands down is Taste of Home’s Simple & Delicious magazine – I get consistently good-to-great results every single time. I love Ina Garten, aka The Barefoot Contessa, and lately I’ve been getting lots terrific ideas from these blogs: Damn Delicious, Gimme some Oven & Averie Cooks.
